1. LOCAL GEAR RENTAL DELIVERY

Ride Utah provides direct-to-door rental delivery and fitting services for local Utah destinations (including lodging, hotels, and private residences).

• Delivery Window: Delivery times are scheduled during the checkout and booking process.

• Delivery Fees: Local delivery terms and any applicable service fees are calculated at checkout based on your lodging location.

• Returns & Pickups: We handle gear pickup at your location at the end of your rental period as specified in your booking agreement.

2. PHYSICAL ITEM PURCHASES & MERCHANDISE SHIPPING

• No Direct Website Shipping: We do not offer direct shipping for physical products or gear sales through this website.

• eBay Store Orders: All physical gear sales, equipment purchases, and merchandise shipped via carrier (USPS, UPS, FedEx) are fulfilled exclusively through our official eBay Store.

• Tracking & Returns for Shipped Items: Orders placed on eBay are subject to eBay’s shipping speeds, tracking, and return policies. Please refer to your eBay order confirmation for tracking details and customer support regarding shipped physical items.
